Who We Are
Tulu Koota Netherlands is a community platform for Tulu-speaking people living across the Netherlands. We are Tuluvas — people from the coastal Tulunadu region of Karnataka and Kerala — now building a second home here in the lowlands.
Our community is a space to socialise, celebrate festivals, and keep the Tulu language and culture alive, vibrant, and visible — for ourselves, our children, and the wider Indian diaspora in the Netherlands.
Whether you grew up eating Kori Rotti, dancing to Yakshagana, or simply cherish the warmth of Tulunadu — you belong here.
Connect with fellow Tuluvas. Build friendships and a support network far from home.
Celebrate Tulu traditions, festivals, music, dance and Yakshagana together.
Promote and preserve the Tulu language — one of India's oldest Dravidian tongues.
Spread awareness of Tulu culture to the Indian diaspora and the Dutch community.
